‘Let’s Feed New York,’ the words are personal. I have lost 20 pounds in a week of commercial fishing after putting $3,000 into an engine only to see it blow. I then bought a new used engine for my operation that burned a hundred dollars of gas a day and received cash once a week. I know what it is like to dig clams in 35’ of water, the hardest labor in NYS because there are no coal mines here. I know what it is like to do that work with nothing but determination burning from hungry eyes. And that is why Tara Hill will become the greatest food distributor in this region.
